Shipping policy

Every Calderlane product is made to order — production begins after you place your order, and your item is printed specifically for you.

Production time: 3–7 business days from order confirmation.

Shipping time: Once produced, orders ship via standard ground and typically arrive within 3–8 business days. Most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks of purchase, and often sooner.

Tracking: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping area: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Address changes: Because production and shipping move quickly, contact us at support@calderlane.shop as soon as possible if you need to correct a shipping address. We can't reroute packages once they've shipped.

Delays: If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email support@calderlane.shop with your order number and we'll track it down.
